We didn’t like it at first. But we figured it out. We heat up breast milk and water (for baby formula) in it. The temperature will say a certain amount but it doesn’t mean that’s how hot the liquid is inside YET. That’s how hot the burner is but we had to be patient for the liquid to heat up. Heating up doesn’t take long. However, the on/off button should have some kind of safety thing on it. It sat in our diaper bag and turned on without any liquid. And the on/off button sticks. It does take forever to charge, but you can get many uses out of charge. Other than that, it’s very convenient.
